BMW Pro-3 Racing – With a focus on a driver’s skills rather than pricy aftermarket
parts, BMW Pro-3 racing is king of the motor sports. If you own a E30 325i or are
just interested in a motorsports with tight competition, this is the scene for you.
BMW Pro-3 racing enforces strict specifications to ensure that all drivers compete
on a level playing field. Very few modifications are allowed on the BMWs and each
driver must weigh in and submit his or her car for approval.
2010 BWM Pro-3 Racing
2010 will welcome the 8th season of BMW Pro-3 racing in the Pacific Northwest. You
can expect hard racing, squealing tires, and a strong sense of community, on and
off the track.
Did you know that BMW Pro-3 racing is growing faster than any other group of racers
in the International Conference of Sports Car Clubs (ICSCC)? While most of the competition
takes place in Washington, Oregon, and British Columbia, Canada, BMW Pro-3 racing
is quickly expanding to new areas, gaining new fans and new drivers.
Pro-3 racers are limited to stock 1987-1991 BWM E30 325i, with a stock M20 6-cylinder
engine. With a minimum weight requirement of 2650 pounds, each E30 is light, maneuverable,
and quick as lightning.
If you’re interested in joining a racing group, you can find a great deal of resources
online. Just like any hobby, BWM Pro-3 racing requires dedication, skill, and a
